Special Events

Most months, our Members arrange one or two Special Events. Special Events are not recurring, and provide a great opportunity for our Members to share their interests and organize an event without making an on-going commitment to volunteer.  Some examples are a behind the scenes tour of the Old Globe Theatre in Balboa Park, a Holiday Lights Trolley Tour, a visit to the Japanese Friendship Garden, a Padres game,  Whale Watching, an afternoon at the Delmar Races and a tour of the Hotel Del Coronado.
