We do two Saturday Morning Walks a month. They start at 9:30 and last an hour. Those who are interested will go for coffee after the walk.

The first Saturday Morning Walk in February is on Saturday February 7 at South Mission Beach. We will walk along the boardwalks in South Mission Beach on both the ocean and bay sides. We meet on the sidewalk at the corner of Mission Blvd and West Mission Bay Drive under the sign for Belmont Park in front of the Big Dipper Roller Coaster. There are free parking lots on both sides of Mission Blvd. For directions enter Belmont Park or 3146 Mission Blvd. in Google Maps.
The second walk this month is on Saturday February 21. We will meet at the La Jolla Recreation Center at the corner of Prospect St and Draper Ave and walk through the neighborhood toward Windansea Beach. Parking tip for La Jolla Village: There are untimed street parking spots on Draper and Eads in the block closest to Pearl. On Draper – the spots on the west side are untimed and on the east side are 3-hour spots. There are also spots on Prospect St. right in front of the Rec Center that are longer than two hours.
